We are a well-known and highly respected brand in the automotive aftermarket industry as a manufacturer and retailer of quality rubber products for classic and collector cars, trucks, and street rods. This includes weatherstripping for windshields, doors, windows, hoods, and trunks. We also offer other rubber parts that are hard to find, including gaskets, pedal pads, fuel system parts, bumpers, and motor mounts, among others. We believe it is less costly for our customers to "do it right the first time" than to buy inferior products that won't stand up over time or meet their high expectations. In recent years we have expanded our brand to include sealing solutions throughout the RV and Marine industries as well. Our reach extends from recreational boating and yachting to the potential of upper end yachts, ships and commercial watercraft. RV's represented are class A, B, and C units, with all the outliers included and not limited to box stores sales opportunities. Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Searching for an enthusiastic, positive communicator to advise and service customers who are passionate about their hobby! This key member of our sales and customer service team is an individual responsible for and excited about assisting customers in determining their project needs, selling appropriate products, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues and building relationships.

Responsibilities

Understand and successfully recommend products from our diverse product line
Provide customers with catalog of products and recommendations as needed
Accurately enter sales orders
Provide customers with quotes
Solicit sales of new or additional products
Daily interactions with customer via inbound phone calls
Outbound calls to existing customers to manage relationships and generate sales
Outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new accounts and provide product solutions
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and in person
Use CRM system to track sales activities and follow-up with customers

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Quality Customer Care approach
Proven outstanding customer service skills
Experience with inbound/outbound calling
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of PC, Microsoft Suite and email
Quickly adaptable to new systems
Ability to work in a team environment/call center
Proven successful sales experience helpful
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Knowledge of Automotive, RV, and Marine parts is a plus
Understanding of the automotive restoration process is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent with practical work experience as described above
